We also use "cookies", which allow us to present content specially adapted to the interests of visitors and save the history of options.
In the registration, order, and comment forms provided in the Gooseberry e-store, visitors may be asked to provide personal information (e.g., name, phone number, place of residence, e-mail address), which is necessary for e-mail. for the functioning of the trading system and the administration of your orders. Managers of the e-store never ask to specify confidential personal information (for example: personal codes, passwords, bank codes, etc.). By submitting personal information, you simultaneously agree and allow the use and processing of this information and data by submitting information to you in order to contact you for business purposes or to manage internal statistics. The password for the customer's login to the e-store's personal account is entered only in a special form, it is stored encoded in the database and you yourself are responsible for preserving its confidentiality and undertake not to transfer it to third parties.

The visitor's personal data can only be used if we need to contact him. Visitors' e-mail e-mail addresses can be used for direct marketing purposes, only if customers themselves register and confirm their wish to receive promotional information.
To familiarize yourself with the information about you and your orders stored in the e-store database, please log in to your account and select the items "customer data" and "order history". Also, in the absence of the possibility to check the information we have about you online, as stipulated in Article 25 of ADATĮ, the data subject, by submitting a document confirming the identity of the person to the data controller or data processor, has the right to receive information from which sources and which personal data were collected, which the purpose for which they are processed, for whom they are provided. Upon receiving a request from a data subject regarding the processing of his personal data, the data controller must answer whether the personal data related to him are being processed and provide the data subject with the requested data no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the data subject's request. At the request of the data subject, such data must be provided in writing. The data controller provides such data to the data subject free of charge once per calendar year.
If there is a need to change personal data (address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.) in the e-store database, customers can do so automatically by logging into their account and selecting the "customer data" section. Don't forget to save your updates after making changes! Such changes can also be made by the store manager at your request - report the need to change some data by e-mail. e-mail account registered in the e-store, and this will be done in real time. If you cannot use e-mail mailbox with which you registered your account in the e-store - contact the store administration and submit a personal identification document and a request to make the necessary changes. If you need to completely delete your account and order history, please contact us via email. in the trading system, please inform the company administration about this in writing via the published contact e-mails. by postal addresses or by applying in person at the specified administration address.
