- What is the delivery time for the order?
We will prepare and send the goods as soon as possible. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, but delivery times may vary depending on the delivery method and location chosen.
- How much does shipping cost?
The shipping price depends on the selected delivery method, location and weight of the shipment. In Lithuania, the price is from 2.64€ when sending by postal machine, by courier - from 3.99€, Ziticity - from 4.49€, abroad - from 6.10€. If you choose to pick up the goods in our warehouse, an administrative fee of €1.5 is applied.
In Lithuania, when purchasing for €50 or more, shipping is free.
- Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.
- How long does international shipping take?
When sending abroad, we use DPD services. Shipments to Latvia and Estonia take about 1-2 days. To other European countries, shipments are delivered within 3-8 days.
- What is the cost of international shipping?
The price of the shipment depends on the weight, size and delivery location of the package. Courier delivery prices start from €6.10. When buying for €100 or more - shipping in Europe is free.
- Will I get a referral code?
Yes, after we ship your order, you will receive a tracking code by email.
- I did not receive my order. What to do?
If you have not received your order, please contact us by phone +37068522680 (Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00) or e-mail by mail: labas@gooseberry.lt. Do not forget to mention your name and order number in the e-mail.
